- Frame: Welded steel structure optimized in terms of stiffness and natural frequency offering the highest stability for element integration. Integrated electronics racks are available.
- Electronics rack: available in a stand-alone or frame-integrated format. Providing an optimal integration of position and motion controllers offering an easy access to controllers front panels for status control.
- Active isolation system: A high performance active isolation solution neutralizing floor vibrations and cancelling out motion system reaction forces, ensuring flawless operation of your machine.
- Advanced Positioning System: providing motion in all necessary degrees of freedom through a stack of XY platforms and modules and ensuring the motion related and accuracy related performance.
