RTMC
The RTMC series is a new family of high performance rotary indexing tables. Available in two active lengths, it features the highest torque density on the market for applications requiring high repeatability and short indexing times.
The RTMC series ensures high acceleration during indexing with low power dissipation, making it an ideal standard solution for various applications in back-end semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, automation and printing industries. This motor allows for a small footprint while maintaining the same continuous torque level, reducing costs without compromising on performances. The RTMC has been cost engineered making it an attractive option for lowering Total Cost of Ownership.
With its highly dynamic capabilities, outstanding accuracy and a unique encoder bearing solution, the RTMC offers reliability, low maintenance and easy integration.
The RTMC has been designed to improve robustness in dusty environment, thereby reducing the risk of failure and the need for maintenance.
With an encoder resolution of 8’192 periods per turn, the RTMC offers improved position stability and move and settle at the tool point.
The RTMC can accommodate customer cables and hoses thanks to its optimized hollow shaft size and can be deployed together with our force-controlled short-stroke actuators and AccurET controllers.
