Your tasks
- Manage our Finance department, guiding a team of 4-5 talented individuals.
- Report directly to the CFO, acting as a key backup for all financial matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing and spearhead the development of yearly budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Conduct financial reviews with our Management team and create comprehensive KPIs and financial dashboards.
- Maintain and control various Finance systems, ensuring robust internal controls.
- Support, challenge, and manage the development of projects and business scenarios.
- Serve as the financial reference for internal and external customers.
- Oversee reporting, risk management, and financial controls in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow and currency hedging strategies.
- Design and implement efficient, automated analytical tools to track and analyze the profitability of activities and products.
- Assist our production in the continuous rollout of the Manufacturing Execution System to ensure accurate production analysis and variance reporting.
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- At least 5 years of management experience, with a focus on investment & industrial controlling. Sales & Marketing controlling experience is a plus.
- Proficient in financial principles including Swiss Gaap & IFRS reporting, industrial controlling, consolidation, budget, and forecast. Strong Excel & MS-Office skills are essential, and experience with integrated ERP systems is required. VBA knowhow and Business Intelligence tool experience is a plus.
