Your tasks
  • Coordinate administrative support for the activities of Product Managers
  • Support Product Managers to
    • write, release and track ETEL product introduction (IIV)
    • assisting Product manager for all questions coming from Sales
    • writing draft of minutes of meeting, telephone notes
    • follow-up of requests for specific items creation and cooperation with R&D / Operations
    • preparing products/customers presentations
    • communication with internal & external stakeholders
    • preparing products phase out
    • track quotations
    • administrative tasks (Trip organization, travel plan, expense reports)
  • Answer external sales calls, provide information or direct it to appropriate product manager
  • Plan and coordinate sales events and visits for worldwide customers and subsidiaries
    • manage invitations, organize event logistic, prepare meeting agenda, material (flyers,…)
  • Manage and follow up NDAs and likewise sensitive documentation (ie product change notification,..)
  • Ensure the reliability and maintenance of product information and customers data in our ERP system. Manage customers prices and maintain Sales Price List
  • Participation to company projects (ie software sales process,…)
  • Active participation in writing and structuring processes documentation
  • Manage quotations for application engineering consultations
  • Organize customer Trainings
Your profile
  • Commercial CFC or Professional maturity
  • A previous experience in a sales, after sales or Product Management administrative position is required, ideally with >7 years of successful experience, preferably from a high-tech or modern business environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good written and spoken French and English skills required. German is a plus
  • Experience with ERPs necessary
