We are looking for

A person with analytical and strong organisation skills, results oriented, synthetic in reporting and with a critical thinking. The candidate must be a team player with a leadership orientation able to manage conflicts and to lead complex discussions involving multiple stakeholders (inter-departments, customers).

Your mission

• As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage the development activities, achieving the deliverables within the specified time and budget and according to the company’s processes.
• Define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Estimate risks (matrix, FMEA) and drive mitigation plans.
• Represent the ETEL R&D in front of the customers.
• Monitor and report on project progresses (Quality, Cost, Time):
  • Plan and organize project reviews.
  • Report the development status to steering committee, as well as problems and solutions.
  • Manage project stakeholders.
  • Define and organize gate reviews
• Propose and manage changes if necessary.
• Evaluate and assess result of project:
  • Spread of success and lessons learn within the company.
  • Propose and initiate continuous improvement activities.

Your profile

• Master degree in engineering.
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
• Proven experience in engineering environment.
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management.
• Expert in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
• Ideally having worked for complex and international organizations.
• Fluent written / spoken English (French is a plus).
