We are looking for
A person with analytical and strong organisation skills, results oriented, synthetic in reporting and with a critical thinking. The candidate must be a team player with a leadership orientation able to manage conflicts and to lead complex discussions involving multiple stakeholders (inter-departments, customers).

Your mission
- As part of the Motion Systems R&D team, plan and manage the development activities, achieving the deliverables within the specified time and budget and according to the company’s processes.
- Define the project scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Estimate risks (matrix, FMEA) and drive mitigation plans.
- Represent the ETEL R&D in front of the customers.
- Monitor and report on project progresses (Quality, Cost, Time):
- Plan and organize project reviews.
- Report the development status to steering committee, as well as problems and solutions.
- Manage project stakeholders.
- Define and organize gate reviews
- Propose and manage changes if necessary.
- Evaluate and assess result of project:
- Spread of success and lessons learn within the company.
- Propose and initiate continuous improvement activities.
Your profile
- Master degree in engineering.
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.
- Proven experience in engineering environment.
- At least 3 years’ experience in project management.
- Expert in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
- Ideally having worked for complex and international organizations.
- Fluent written / spoken English (French is a plus).
